All of the units have been producing high yield, high purity Ethylbenzene with high ethylene conversion. Some of the units that were commissioned earlier have been operating well beyond their design catalyst life.

The successful application of catalytic distillation for benzene alkylation in the production of EB has been extended to the production of Cumene in a large unit in Asia. The unit has been in operation for 4 years and was recently doubled in capacity with minimum investment cost. The performance of this unit and the catalyst life have been well beyond expectations.
